How it works:

  • Your listing agent will formally present each offer to you, outlining terms and conditions, then strategize with you on a response.
  • Should you receive multiple offers, our team will guide you through that process.
  • Once agreed-upon terms are in place, both parties will sign a Sale & Purchase Contract, including any initialed and dated changes, which will be received by both parties.
  • The broker will deposit the funds into an escrow trust account.
  • The contract becomes firm and binding once every condition of the contract is satisfied.
